  7. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: You must accept the terms this End User License
  8. Agreement ("EULA") before using this SOFTWARE product ("SOFTWARE"). If you do not
  9. accept the terms of this EULA, you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE.

  13. The SOFTWARE is a copyrighted work protected by United States copyright laws and
  14. international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.

  16. Attempting to reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or otherwise discover the
  17. source code of the SOFTWARE is illegal and shall constitute a violation of this EULA.
  18. No portion of the SOFTWARE, including but not limited to, programs, algorithms,
  19. codes, texts, images, or sounds may be modified, adapted, translated, copied, stored,
  20. distributed, used or accessed in any way except as detailed in this EULA.

  22. Registered Version

  24. One registered copy of the SOFTWARE may only be in use on a single computer system at
  25. any given time. If the SOFTWARE is being used on more than one computer system, you
  26. must purchase a license for each computer system.

  28. If the SOFTWARE is accessed through a network, you must purchase a license for each
  29. workstation that the SOFTWARE is accessed on, regardless of whether the SOFTWARE is
  30. used at different times or concurrently.

  32. Transfer

  34. An end user license may be transferred to a third party with their prior agreement to
  35. be bound by all the terms of this EULA.  Upon such a transfer, the previous owner of
  36. the end user license agrees that their rights to it are terminated and that they will
  37. promptly discontinue using the SOFTWARE.

  39. Evaluation

  41. This SOFTWARE product is not free. Subject to the terms below, you entitled a period
  42. of 30 days in which you may evaluate the SOFTWARE. If you continue to use the SOFTWARE
  43. after the indicated period, you must purchase a license for continued use. If you do
  44. not purchase a license, you must promptly discontinue using the SOFTWARE, and remove
  45. it from your computer system.

  47. Distribution

  49. Disclosing or making registration codes publicly available is illegal and shall
  50. constitute a violation of this EULA. The SOFTWARE cannot be re-sold or used in any
  51. profit-making activities, including but not limited to, distribution as part of a
  52. commercial product or service, without the prior written consent of Partridge
  53. Software.

  55. The evaluation version of the SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed
  56. as long as Partridge Software is identified as author of this product; exact and
  57. unmodified copies of both the SOFTWARE and documentation are provided; and that the
  58. evaluation version is not sold for any cost.

  60. Governing Law

  62. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the terms of this EULA.

  64. Disclaimer of Warranty

  66. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY,
  67. EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
  68. ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH THIS SOFTWARE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
  69. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IN OFFERED. GOOD DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE DICTATES THAT ANY
  70. SOFTWARE BE TESTED THOROUGHLY WITH NON-CRITICAL DATA BEFORE DEPENDING ON IT.
  71. PARTRIDGE SOFTWARE SHALL IN NO WAY BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFIT
  72. THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
